Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great watch!!! I bought this watch after reading reviews and talking to a friend who is big into watches because I've wanted to buy a good watch for a while now and I'm glad I did. The style of the watch is perfect, the overall feel of the watch is amazing and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Having said that, at nighttime you WILL NOT be able to read this watch, so don't even try but come on, everyone has smart phones now. I bought this watch for daytime time reading so I don't have to pull my phone out every time I need to know the time. I would recommend this watch to everyone. Very pleased customer. Thanks citizen!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well built and tough. I purchased this watch years ago on sale at a local Kay Jewelers, it was priced $200 or $300 off the MSRP of $499. It's been worn through two combat deployments and years before and since. I am rough on my watches and outside of the band being worn and the crystal slightly scratched from repeatedly being hit by steel, it has held up wonderfully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Perfect First Watch! I bought my Citizen Nighthawk about three months ago. It is my first watch I ever purchased and I could not be happier. Everytime I look down and see it on my wrist I love it even more. The watch is perfect. It's can be dressed up like I wear it every day(business dress) but then I have no problem wearing it causal either. I love the look but it's also very comfortable! Overall I'm very pleased with this watch and have no regrets purchasing it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very dark. I had ordered this warch online through Kohls and did an in store pick up and was very excited to see it in person. When I got there I opened it first before leaving the store to check it out and was glad I did because I was super bummed. Everthing about it was awesome except for how dark it was. I loved the color of the picture and thought it would have slight hints of blue in it and the hands would have shades of silver for a sleek look but it turned out to look black on black on black which makes it very hard to read. I returned it and left with no watch. The only reason im giving it 2 stars is because of the quality. Loved the weight and size of the face but just couldnt get over color.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Clasp broke, watch 1yr old My wife bought this watch for me for my birthday. I love the style of the watch, I wear it almost every day to work (office environment). The other day, my watch fell off because the pin that holds the safety clasp broke. I brought it to the local store where she purchased it, and they were unable to fix it b/c they did not stock the pin. I called Citizen customer service and they advised me that they do not warranty the band or clasp. They also do not offer a pin replacement part; I would have to buy the entire clasp. $50+ How ridiculous! This will likely be my first and last Citizen Watch.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Looking Watch, Clasp Already Broke I bought this watch about a month ago from Helzberg Diamonds. I get all of my jewelry from Helzberg so when it was time for a new watch, they were my go to place. Upon seeing and trying on the Nighthawk, I was immediately happy with its look and feel. I loved the design and thought the black/grey combo looked very professional. Unfortunately about a week after I bought it, the pin that fastens the clasp to the watch itself broke on the end. Now when I take the watch on and off, the clasp just dangles there and could fall off at any point. I have to be very careful when I take it off so that I don't lose the clasp. Again, love the look and feel of the watch but can't believe a part of it broke in less than a week's time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous time piece I was looking for a new watch for my Fire/EMS job. This is absolutely stunning to wear. I love the Citizens Eco Drive series. It isn't very heavy or bulky. The sleek black and subdued numbering goes well with the typical emergency services apparel. Right on point. Excellent gift for someone in Fire/EMS/LEO!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very stout well built time piece My father owned citizens all my life and he was a commercial diver and chief engineer on freighters and bulk carriers. I finally bought my first one and i am very happy with it. The only thing about it is the illumination of the hands and face never worked. I purchased it brand new so i figure possibly because it was in a case under fluorescents. Other than that i am very pleased. It's been to a depth of 145ft and has suffered through commercial fishing for 2 years and it still Is going strong.

just received my Nighthawk WR200 watch => looking for instructions on how to remove links from the bracelet to better fit my wrist since the supplied "instruction manual" makes no mention of the bracelet nor how to adjust the size

Asked by: IanL
I went to a jewelry store to have the links removed. It took the pro 10 mins to complete with a specialized tool, and cost less than $10. Well worth it.
