Simple Elegance
I have had this watch for about 6 months and enjoy wearing it. The design is clean and easy to read. It's analog, which in my opinion, is even easier to read. It functions like a watch should, not a multitude of options that need a large manual to explain, but an elegant way to keep time. I have had several watches that I used to wear regularly. A burglary ended that. They were all mechanical (wind-up or self-winding) as I do not like the idea of a battery going dead when I'm ready to use my watch. Read about the Eco-Drive system and thought I'd give it a try. Love it so far.

My vision is not the best but with my new Citizen I can quickly see date & day. It looks better in person than in the picture. Finish is flawless. Perfect time keeper. Size is also perfect.

Good looking and flawless timekeeping
I bought this for myself because I was fascinated with the solar "eco Drive" mechanism. Leave it in the light and no batteries, no winding, no resetting ever. Works perfect and has a great classic design.
