Stark watch, minimalist but cool...
Normally, I'm a dive watch guy, but this watch was unique, so I bought it. In the dark, of course you can't see what time it is. But in lighted environments, you can see the time pretty well. I like the stark black design of the watch. If that's what you're into, then you will really like this watch. Mechanically, it works great. Ironically, it's a solar watch so you need to keep it in light so the battery charges. Of course, if the watch is in the dark it's just a really nice bracelet so keep it in the light...

Terrible quality for the price range
I bought this watch for an anniversary gift (5/11/2018). Within a month or two, the black on the band started wearing off badly. I baby the watch, and work a desk job, and don't even wear the watch every day. Not impressed. I've seen sub $100.00 watches hold up better. It's too bad too, because i LOVE the style.

My first watch
Purchased my citizen 3 months ago. It's the first watch I ever bought myself and I am very satisfied with it. It took a long time for me to find the right watch because it was my first watch and didn't want to buy the first one I liked. I recommended this brand to a friend and he bought the same watch I bought. I am currently purchasing 2 more Citizen watches and will have them paid off in as little as 4 months.

The rumors are true. Looks great and I have fun when others can't read it. Having said that, I can easily see the time when tilting the watch slightly. I really like the eco-drive component!

Fantastic Casual Piece
My initial purchase into the world of watches and I must say I've been bitten with the bug. I just love the look of this watch and it goes with nearly every outfit; I've received numerous complements and people are shocked when I tell them what I paid for it. Seen a review about the band fading within a couple of months. How true is this? Has anyone else noticed fading of the band within a few months to six months of receiving ?
I’ve had mine for about 6 months and mine has similar ware on the band as well, however much less severe.

Wondering where I can get the bracelet replaced I have this watch for couple of years and I don't wear this regularly but the bracelet is fading
