Power Bank not working

I, too, got mine as a free promotion and it will not work. I can’t write customer service as they require a model number and I can’t find one on it. I’m very frustrated! Guess they give the duds out as freebies. Gee, thanks, Citizen—NOT!

No power

Haven’t been able to make this work after multiple tries. Perhaps mine is just a dud. Mine came as a free gift promo, so I haven’t bothered sending it back.
