I received my sample a month ago. I track my fitness goals on a regular basis but now I can push my self during a workout because I can see my heart rate. I like the recaps of my workouts, the daily goal setting and the celebration of hitting my daily goals. As a commuter in NYC I like accepting a call from my watch and I don't have to constantly dig for my phone, I never miss a notification. The silicone strap is really comfortable and the customizable displays is great for picking new looks and the information I want to see at a glance.
The watch is fashionable but the battery life is lagging
It was a nice watch. Definitely on the bigger end for a woman (I bought it for me, a woman, and could’ve made the size work for what it is). However, a lot of the features didn’t work when paired to my iPhone (music, calls, texts). For the price, if it wasn’t going to work as intended, it wasn’t worth keeping just for a few neat electronic features. I returned. The battery life also sucks.
Fantastic Smart Watch
I received this watch for my birthday to replace an Apple Watch that the battery had expanded, and I could not be happier. The watch has a great face, easy to ready, and was easy to pair with my Apple iPhone. I have zero issues with battery life and I wear it roughly 10 hours a day. I do not workout with it, so cannot attest to how long the battery would go including a workout. I have received many compliments about the look and style of my watch. I am so happy I made this choice! I am a proud Citizen watch customer for over 20 years and you can't be the quality.

Great new technolgy
Love the watch to many things to talk about. Does steps, miles, heart rate, does phone book can call and answer. Everthing connected through blue tooth and I run android on my phone.

Having worked with a lot of new Citizen products over the years, this watch really stays true to the high quality design you'd come to expect from a Citizen watch. The case design and silicone strap make this watch feel like a true timepiece. And the ability to switch out different straps or bracelets allows this watch to be worn for all occasions. From a technology standpoint, this watch delivers on all ends. The functionality is easy to operate and gives the user the ability to connect when needed while not being attached to their phone. Would highly recommend for those who want style mixed with tech!

Good not great
The battery life is not as good as the 2 tic Watches this replaced. It really is a drag against a 5 star rating. Love the look and feel of the watch.
