GIFT CARDS

CITIZEN Gift Cards can be purchased at a Citizen Watch store or www.citizenwatch.com for purchases of Citizen watches.

Gift Cards never expire. Any unused balance remaining on the Gift Card after a purchase will remain on the Gift Card and may be used for subsequent purchases. To check the balance, please visit www.citizenwatchgiftcards.com, and enter the Gift Card number on the face of the Gift Card.

Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, cannot be reloaded, cannot be resold or transferred for value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We cannot replace your Gift Card if it’s lost, damaged, destroyed, or stolen so treat it as carefully as you would treat cash. The risk of loss and ownership of Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the purchaser or to the carrier.

We have the right not to accept any Gift Card if it has been fraudulently obtained or has been reported as stolen.

We make no representation or warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards, including without limitation: any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event that a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy and our sole obligation and liability will be the replacement of the Gift Card. Certain State laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. When you purchase or redeem a Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Gift Card Terms and Conditions. Citizen Rewards U.S. Loyalty Program: Terms and Conditions of Participation

Effective Date: August 1, 2021


PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CITIZEN REWARDS U.S. PROGRAM CAREFULLY.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO MEMBERS AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE: If your account at www.citizenwatch.com (your “account”) was inactive during the twenty-four (24) consecutive months prior to the Program Effective Date, then your membership in the Program (defined in section 1.1 below) and all points/rewards in your account earned through the Program will expire on December 31, 2023 unless you earn points or make a qualifying purchase under your account before December 31, 2023 by doing any one of the following: (1) logging into your account on www.citizenwatch.com and earning points; or (2) logging into your account on www.citizenwatch.com and placing an order. After December 31, 2023, your membership will expire on the day on which your account has been inactive for all of the preceding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

SECTION 8 BELOW CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER.  THEY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS.  PLEASE READ THEM.
 

1. Membership Eligibility and Overview
 

1.1. The Citizen Rewards U.S. Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Citizen Watch Company of America, Inc. (“Citizen,” “we,” “our” or “us”).  The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual.  Entities other than natural persons (e.g., corporations, associations or other groups) may not participate in the Program.  Only individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and at least 18 years or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address are eligible to become members.  No purchase is necessary to join the Program.  The Program cannot be used for any business or commercial purposes and we may refuse to create an account for any reason.  Employees of Citizen and its affiliates, and such employees’ family members (i.e. immediate family members residing in the same household as the employee) are not eligible to participate in the Program.


1.2. As a Program member, you (individually and collectively, “you,” “your,” or “Member”), agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions of Participation (“Program Terms”) and by any changes or modifications we may make.  You should review these Program Terms and the related policies and FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program as they may change from time to time.  These Program Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement for products or services.  By enrolling in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our website 
Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.  If you do not agree to these Program Terms, our website Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions, you cannot participate in the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
 

2. Program Enrollment
 

2.1. Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program by visiting www.citizenwatch.com (the “Site”) and creating an account, or following the Citizen Rewards prompts to join the Program. If you already had an account prior to August 1, 2021, then you have automatically been enrolled in the Program as of the Effective  Date. In addition, points for any online orders placed on the Site on or after the Program start date will be awarded once a new account is created with the same email address used to place the order(s).


2.2. You are required to provide your email address and a password in order to create an account.  You will also be given the opportunity to complete your profile by providing your full name, birthday, and additional details that are optional. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. You may update your personal information through your account on the Site or by contacting us.


2.3. Only one Program account may be associated with a single member and a single email address.  In the event of a dispute over the identity of the member enrolled in the Program, the member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrollment.  For purposes of these Program Terms, the "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

 

3. How the Program Works and Program Benefits
 

3.1. The Program is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products.  Currently, you can earn points by following us on social, registering a Citizen watch online, and by making eligible purchases on the Site. Members do not earn points on purchases of Citizen Gift Cards/eGift Cards. Once you earn a certain number of points, you may be eligible for certain rewards applicable to that number of points, and rewards may change from time to time and may be offered on a limited basis.  Eligible products and other opportunities to earn points will be posted on the Site or may be published through other media (e.g., marketing communications, social media, etc.).  Visit our FAQs to learn more about earning points and using points to obtain rewards.

3.2. Program members earn 1 point for every $1 spent for a qualifying purchase on the Site. You may also earn bonus points for qualifying purchases made during exclusive promotional event periods. Terms and conditions apply; see details of each promotion for more information. Qualifying purchases include Citizen merchandise, including shipping/tax, purchased on the Site. Members do not earn points on purchases of Citizen Gift Cards/eGift Cards, but members will earn points when redeeming Citizen Gift Cards/eGift Cards for a qualifying Citizen purchase. Citizen reserves the right to change the manner in which members accumulate points in its sole discretion.
 

3.3. Purchases made in Citizen company-owned stores, or at Citizen authorized retail partners, do not qualify for the Program, and you will not earn points on such purchases.
 

3.4. Neither accounts nor rewards and/or points may be shared or combined by members.  Only the member purchasing Citizen merchandise may accumulate rewards and/or points.  We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time.
 

3.5. Points earned through the Program will expire if your account becomes inactive. To keep your account active, you must earn points or make a qualifying purchase under your account within twenty-four (24) months by doing any one of the following: (1) logging into your account on the Site and earning points; (2) logging into your account on the Site and making a qualifying purchase.  Membership will expire if a member is inactive for a period of twenty-four (24) months or more.
 

* For members who enroll on or after the Effective Date, if your account is inactive (meaning no qualifying purchase or redemption of points/rewards) for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months, your membership (and all points/rewards in your account earned through the Program) will automatically expire.


 

3.6. Rewards and/or points earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits.  Purchase balances and/or points credited to your Program account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of the purchase is returned, credited, or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Program Terms as determined by us in our sole discretion.  The sale, barter, transfer, donation, auction or assignment of any rewards offered through the Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited. Any applicable tax liabilities resulting from rewards earned or points awarded under the Program are the responsibility of the member.

3.7. Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product, a discount on purchases or a monetary refund except when expressly permitted by us in our sole discretion.
 

3.8. The products and services available through the Program and any gifts that we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or gifts you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Program Terms.

 

3.9. We are not responsible for rewards and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party. We are not responsible for rewards that are lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.
 

3.10. We reserve the right to change Program rewards/benefits, how you earn points and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Program activity.  We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any point level, the number or types of rewards you may receive or earn at any given point level, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof.

3.11. It may take up to 30 days for eligible purchases to post to your account.  If you make a qualifying purchase on the Site, points will be added to your online account when your qualifying purchase ships. If you have concerns that a purchase or other activity was not properly applied to your account, please Contact Us. You must specify the email address associated with the Program, the date of the Program activity, and the issue(s) you encountered.  You may be required to validate your account by providing your name, phone number, address, and email address associated with the account. You must contact us via our website form, email, or telephone within ninety (90) days after the date the purchase or other Program activity took place, or no points will be credited.  We are not responsible for late notifications about purchases or other Program activities not being credited to an account.

* For members enrolled after the Effective Date, you must contact Customer Service via email or phone within one-hundred and twenty (120) days after the date the purchase or other Program activity took place.

3.12. Rewards can only be redeemed on the Site.

 
3.13. As one of our rewards, you can immediately reduce your order total on a purchase of eligible merchandise in exchange for the redemption of a specified number of points.  The number of points to be redeemed to obtain a particular discount may change and there are limits on the maximum immediate discount available. Please review the terms of the immediate discount reward prior to redemption; other terms and conditions may apply. If you return a product purchased with an immediate discount reward, your points will be re-credited to your account and the purchase price will be refunded to your original method of purchase.
We may discontinue or change the terms of any immediate discount reward at any time.
An immediate discount reward may be used toward the purchase of merchandise only.  An immediate discount reward is not cash, has no cash value without a purchase and may not be altered, sold, bartered or transferred. No points will be earned on the value of the immediate discount reward, but you will earn points on any incremental dollars spent on qualifying products over the amount of the immediate discount reward.
 

4. Marketing Communications
 

4.1. By enrolling in the Program, you will be automatically subscribed to receive and you consent to receive Program related emails, including Program marketing emails.  We also may give you the option to opt-in to receive other marketing communications from us at the time of enrollment.


4.2. You may opt-out of receiving Program marketing emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or as otherwise provided in the Privacy Policy, but transactional emails will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership in the Program.  Examples of these include, but are not limited to, a redemption confirmation email, a profile update email, or other communications that relate to your account.  If you terminate your Program membership or if your Program membership expires, you will no longer receive Program-related communications.

 

5. Termination and Modification
 

5.1. The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole and absolute discretion.  We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Program Terms, our FAQs, and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated points.
 

5.2. We reserve the right to, at any time, in our sole discretion: (1) exclude you from participation in the Program; (2) discontinue your participation in the Program; and/or (3) suspend or audit your membership account for any amount of time without prior notice.  Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Program Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program.  If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Program Terms, we also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.


5.3. If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the Program, you may terminate your membership at any time by contacting Customer Care.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
 

6.1. NEITHER CITIZEN NOR OUR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PROGRAM OR ANY OF THE REWARDS OR BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAM INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ARE NOT LEGALLY EXCLUDABLE.


6.2. YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER CITIZEN NOR OUR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) FOR ANY (a) INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS; (b) ACCESS DELAYS OR ACCESS INTERRUPTIONS TO THE PROGRAM; (c) DATA NON-DELIVERY, LOSS, THEFT, MISDELIVERY, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION OR OTHER MODIFICATION; (d) LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY SORT INCURRED AS A RESULT OF DEALINGS WITH OR THE PRESENCE OF THIRD PARTY LINKS ON CITIZENWATCH.COM OR USE OF ANY REWARD OR BENEFIT OF THE PROGRAM; (e) COMPUTER VIRUSES, SYSTEM FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF CITIZENWATCH.COM, INCLUDING DURING HYPERLINK TO OR FROM THIRD PARTY WEBSITES; (f) ANY INACCURACIES OR OMISSIONS IN PROGRAM CONTENT; OR (g) EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.


6.3. FURTHER AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW NEITHER CITIZEN NOR OUR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) RELATED TO THE PROGRAM OR YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR SUCH CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).


6.4. YOU AGREE THAT NO CLAIMS OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, USE OF ANY REWARDS OR OTHER BENEFIT OR THESE PROGRAM TERMS MAY BE BROUGHT BY YOU MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION RELATING TO SUCH CLAIM OR ACTION AROSE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE PROGRAM, TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY. WE HAVE NO OTHER OBLIGATION, LIABILITY, OR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU.

 

7. Indemnification
 

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand arising out of your participation in the Program in violation of any law, rule, regulation or these Program Terms.
 

8. Governing Law and Disputes
 

8.1. This Program and these Program Terms will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the State of New York, as if they were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within New York and without reference to conflict-of-laws considerations.


8.2. ANY DISPUTE RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THIS PROGRAM, THESE PROGRAM TERMS, YOUR PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP, OR THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARTIES SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF NEW YORK AND YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT YOURSELF TO THE JURISDICTION AND PROCEEDINGS THEREOF.  ARBITRATION MEANS THAT A SINGLE ARBITRATOR WILL DECIDE THE CLAIM, AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT OR TO HAVE A JUDGE OR JURY DECIDE YOUR CLAIM. YOUR RIGHTS TO PREHEARING EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND APPEALS MAY ALSO BE LIMITED IN ARBITRATION.  It is further agreed that any dispute over the scope of this arbitration provision and any dispute as to whether a claim is arbitrable shall be submitted to the arbitrator for decision.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of our affiliates, partners or licensors or otherwise have a cause of action in equity, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court of competent jurisdiction and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in any such court for such purposes. Arbitration under these Program Terms shall be conducted under the Consumer-Related Disputes Supplementary Rules then prevailing with the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually, and (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program, including but not limited to purchases made in connection with your Program membership, will be used and disclosed by us in accordance with the Citizen Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, we will use and retain your personal information to (1) provide goods and services to you, such as servicing and maintaining your Program membership with us; (2) protect against deceptive and fraudulent activity; (3) enable internal uses that are consistent with our Privacy Policy; and (4) comply with any legal obligation.

Timepieces purchased from Citizen Watch Co. of America (Citizen) may only be shipped for delivery within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship internationally. All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.

Citizen will only accept credit or debit cards issued in the United States. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed and your credit card will be charged. Shipping and Delivery

All orders, including expedited orders, will be shipped from our facility within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will begin processing the following business day. 

All Citizen timepieces will ship via UPS Ground service. We are unable to ship to U.S. Post Office, APO or FPO addresses. Citizen does not charge for Ground shipping. If you wish to expedite your order, the following charges will apply:

• Overnight shipping: $25.00
UPS Ground transit times vary by state. 

Tracking

As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.

Citizen Watch Online Return Policy

Citizen offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Returns can only be accepted for products purchased through the Citizen Online Store and a Return Authorization is required for all returns/exchanges. You may obtain a Return label by clicking here Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Credits cannot be issued until the merchandise being returned or exchanged is received. Please allow up to five business days from our receipt of your product for credit processing. Watches must be returned with any extra links, or ‘gift with purchase’ items. In the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may be applied.

    If Citizen is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • Third-Party Advertisers
    In certain circumstances we may share your personal information with third parties to market their products or services to you if you have not opted out of these disclosures. We contractually require these third parties to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

Where our mobile applications allow for the delivery of “push notifications” you can also opt out of receiving these notifications by toggling the “Notifications” switches within our mobile applications to “off.” By downloading and using our mobile applications, you may receive promotional messages, offers, news and information about Citizen within the mobile application itself. These “in app” messages are part of our mobile application’s functionality and cannot be turned off. If you do not want to receive “in app” messages, offers, news and information, do not download or use our mobile application.

6. ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information that you shared with us on our Site or by using our Services. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is kept accurate and up to date. However, it is up to you to update it with any changes. You may notify us via the information in the “Contact Us” section below to request access to, or to correct any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you no longer wish to have your personal information processed, you may request to delete your account and the information in your account, subject to certain limitations, by emailing us as described below. Once you submit your request, we will send an email to the email address linked to your account requesting that you confirm your deletion request. Once you confirm your request to delete your account and data, your account will no longer be accessible while we process your request. Once you confirm your request, this process cannot be cancelled, undone, withdrawn, or reversed. When your account is deleted, all associated personal information is deleted.

7. RETENTION

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Citizen will also retain Site and services usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Site, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

This section applies only to California residents. Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), below is a summary of the Personal Information categories, as identified and defined by the CCPA (see California Civil Code section 1798.140 (o)), that we collect, the reason we collect your Personal Information, where we obtain the Personal Information, and the third parties with whom we share your Personal Information:

  • identifiers such as a name, address, unique personal identifier, email, phone number, your device’s IP address, software, and identification numbers associated with your devices;
  • protected classifications, such as gender;
  • commercial information such as records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered by you;
  • Internet or other electronic information regarding you browsing history, search history, the webpage visited before you came to our Site, length of visit and number of page views, click-stream data, locale preferences, your mobile carrier, date and time stamps associated with transactions, and system configuration information;
  • your geolocation, to the extent you have configured your device to permit us to collect such information;
  • audio recordings of your voice to the extent you call us, as permitted under applicable law; and
  • inferences about your preferences, characteristics, behavior and attitudes.

We collect your Personal Information for the business purposes described in Section 3, above. The CCPA defines a “business purpose” as the use of Personal Information for the business’s operational purposes, or other notified purposes, provided the use of Personal Information is reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the operational purpose for which the Personal Information was collected or another operational purpose that is compatible with the context in which the Personal Information was collected.

Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights in relation to your Personal Information; however, your rights are subject to certain exceptions. For instance, we cannot disclose specific pieces of Personal Information if the disclosure would create a substantial, articulable, and unreasonable risk to the security of the Personal Information, your account with us or the security of our network systems.

To verify your identity, we may ask you to verify Personal Information we already have on file for you. If we cannot verify your identity from the information we have on file, we may request additional information from you, which we will only use to verify your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Selling. As described in this Privacy Policy, in certain situations we may share your Personal Information with our partners, third parties or affiliates for our marketing or other purposes. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. 11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not intended to attract children under 18. Accordingly, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone we know to be under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
