HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
To help with your holiday gifting, we are extending our return policy. Gifts purchased on Citizenwatch.com between 11/15/18 and 12/15/18 may be returned through 1/15/19. Products must be in original condition; please see additional details below.
Every Citizenwatch.com purchase comes with our 30-day, money-back guarantee so that you can be sure your new Citizen timepiece meets your expectations.
If you would like to return your watch, please send an email to email@example.com and provide the following information:
- The email address associated with your order
- Your order number
- Your return reason code (choose from below):
CR = Changed Mind
NA = Not as Pictured or Described
BP = Found Better Price Elsewhere
MS = Other (please describe)
A Customer Care representative will email you a Return Authorization number and free return shipping label. If you prefer, you may also call us and we will be happy to assist you by phone: 1-800-321-1023, Monday through Friday, 9AM-8PM Eastern time. Please note that we accept returns for products purchased through Citizenwatch.com only that are in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included). Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.
